RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Sainted Sisters purchase. If your purchase doesn’t fit, if it isn’t right then you can return it to us for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement product.
There are some things you need to be sure of to be eligible for return;
- The garment must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- The garment must have all the original tags and packaging in the original condition.
- You must have the receipt.
If by some chance your garment is faulty or damaged, we will of course replace and refund at our cost.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded after we have received The Sainted Sisters garment and have confirmed all the above conditions have been met. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
All sales on Sale products are final and no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

Returns will not be processed without Authorisation.
